Darin Voegeli | Agent
Darin Voegeli brings more than 25 years of commercial and industrial real estate experience to Ultra Commercial Realty, along with deep Chippewa Valley roots and a strong commitment to the people and communities he serves.
Born and raised in the Chippewa Valley, Darin has spent nearly his entire life in the area, with the exception of his service in the U.S. Army and several years overseas in Germany. As an honorably discharged Army veteran, Darin brings discipline, work ethic, dedication, and attention to detail to every client relationship.
Throughout his career, Darin has worked with commercial and industrial properties across the Chippewa Valley, throughout Wisconsin, and into Minnesota and Iowa. His experience includes manufacturing facilities, mobile home parks, office buildings, storage facilities, assisted living facilities, multi-family properties, landfills, public-use buildings, and other specialized property types.
Darin’s background includes commercial real estate consultation, valuation, financial analysis, property planning, and support for new residential and commercial development. That range of experience allows him to help clients look beyond the immediate transaction and understand how each decision fits into their broader goals.
